In 2015, we opened Budapest Baristas on Múzeum körút with enthusiasm, without any help in the then still very infant new wave coffee market. A year later, we were also among the first to combine the specialty coffee world with breakfast and brunch. For three years between 2019 and 2021, we managed the entire catering area of the Lupa Lake wakeboarding track, learning how to run a successful restaurant and seasonal catering space, and in 2021 we opened the second Budapest Baristas shop in Buda, on Kacsa Street.
